Executive Assistant to the President – Altamonte Springs, FL

Compensation: $45,000+ Annually (Dependent on Experience & Licensing)

Key Responsibilities:
Proactive Project Management: Take the lead in identifying upcoming projects and initiatives that require the President's attention. Develop effective action plans and tackle potential challenges head-on.
Meeting Representation: Stand in for the President in meetings, conferences, and events when necessary. Summarize discussions, decisions, and action items, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Efficiency Enhancement: Streamline processes and workflows within the President's office and agency. Implement cutting-edge tools and systems to boost time management and information dissemination.
Comprehensive Support: Manage the President's calendar, coordinate travel, prepare for meetings, track expenses, and handle correspondence. You'll be the gatekeeper to ensure only the most critical matters reach the President.
Social Media: Lead TET's social media initiatives, overseeing our online presence to enhance our digital footprint.
Communication Facilitation: Foster effective communication within the President's office and across the agency. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, ensuring everyone stays on the same page.
Problem Solving: Use your keen problem-solving skills to assess challenges, propose solutions, and take corrective actions. Handle sensitive and confidential matters with the utmost discretion.
Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve by staying updated on industry developments, leadership best practices, and technological advancements.
Manage House Accounts: Take charge of micro-business benefit accounts, addressing client inquiries and skillfully managing account renewals.
Personal and Professional Support: Maximize the President’s efficiency by addressing both personal and professional needs to ensure a well-organized, efficient, and balanced lifestyle. This may occur outside business hours and require immediate resolution.
Maintain Confidentiality: Uphold the highest level of professionalism and integrity when handling sensitive information and matters.
Event Management: Showcase your meticulous planning skills by organizing and coordinating both social and business gatherings.
Requirements:

Communication Skills: Excel in verbal and written communication, representing the President and the organization effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in office software and technology, including project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eagle eye for detail.
Independence: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and making decisions independently.
Florida Driver’s License in good standing: position requires travel for meetings and/or tasks with reimbursement for miles more than your normal work commute.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in business administration or a related field.
FL 2-15 Insurance License: A plus, but not mandatory; we're willing to support your journey to obtain it.
Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a similar strategic support role is highly valued.
Project Management Skills: Exceptional project management skills with a track record of successfully executing complex projects.
