Responsibilities: • Conduct door-to-door knocks, review with customers who we are and what services we offer. • Generate leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers. • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns. • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and achieve sales objectives. • All training and scripts will be provided Requirements: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Resilience and persistence in meeting and exceeding sales goals. • Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with diverse individuals. • Hours are Monday- Thursday 3:30pm-7:30pm & Sat 10am-2pm
20 hours per week + commission ($150 per 5 sales) base pay- $12.00 per Hr.
