Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs - Operate cash register and process transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis - Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints Requirements: - Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a wireless or technology sales environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus - Knowledge of point of sale (POS) systems and cash register operation - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and be part of a dynamic and growing company.
