We are hiring two prep cooks. One morning and one afternoon shift. Prior experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right individual with a good attitude and teamwork skills.
Duties:
- Following recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
- Preparing ingredients by chopping, slicing, and dicing vegetables, fruits, and meats
- Assisting with meal preparation and assembly
- Operating kitchen equipment such as mixers, grinders, and slicers
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Assisting with shopping, inventory management, and stock rotation
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
