1. Ability to execute quality paintings in a variety of ways and styles

2. Lead classes in a light fun atmosphere

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Must be comfortable speaking publicly on a mic

5. Should be able to show prior work and/or demo painting skillset

6. Comfortable educating guests about the details of the smoothies or juice samples

7. Encourage guests to find their inner Picasso and step outside of the box

8. Create teaching plan for approval

9. Organize the classes before guest arrival and clean up after class

10. Seamlessly serve smoothies/juices while providing details of what is being served

11. Provide excellent customer service, answer customer questions, provide information with regards to the store, and all other assistance customers might need

12. Gets assistance from other team members or a management as needed

13. Maintain all health and safety guidelines and following all company policies and operational procedures

14. Maintain a positive attitude at all times
