Summary

We are seeking a Computer Technician to join our dynamic team at OnSite Computers. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing computer issues, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring our clients' technology runs smoothly. This position is vital in maintaining our reputation for reliability and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for residential and small business clients.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their technical needs.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems including Windows and Linux.
• Set up and troubleshoot computer networking issues, including LAN configurations.
• Perform regular maintenance on computers to ensure optimal performance.
• Document all repairs and services provided to maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Computer Technician or similar role in IT support.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, particularly Windows and Linux.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Familiarity with computer networking concepts is a plus.
