Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and bilingual (Spanish) Hybrid Psychotherapist/Counselor to join our team on a full-time, part-time, or contractual basis. In this role, you will provide counseling services utilizing a combination of in-person and teletherapy modalities, catering to the diverse needs of our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, needs, and goals.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions in both English and Spanish.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and community resources to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Stay informed about cultural competency and best practices in bilingual counseling.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Licensed or license-eligible as a Psychotherapist, Counselor, or Clinical Social Worker in Delaware.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to conduct therapy sessions in both languages.
  • Experience providing counseling services to diverse populations, preferably in a community mental health setting.
  • Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines.
