We are a paperless practice through Avimark, IDEXX digital radiography and Progeny dental radiography, complete in house IDEXX lab testing, and complete surgical services with separate surgical suite. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Veterinarian. The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries, performing medical procedures, providing preventive care and wellness advice, and maintaining medical records. The Associate Veterinarian will also collaborate with other veterinarians and staff, educate clients, and provide superior customer service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited veterinary school with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Current veterinarian license in the state of California
• Strong diagnostic and treatment skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well in a team
• Willingness to maintain up-to-date knowledge in the veterinary field through continued education
• Experience in a veterinary hospital or clinic is a plus
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
