Dreamcatcher Farm is a 501(3)c that is seeking to hire an Assistant Manager of Farm Operations for the 2024 growing season.

About the Farm:

Dreamcatcher Farm or Dreamcatcher Educational Outreach is a non-profit organization focused on producing nutrient dense vegetables using regenerative practices. The farm currently partners with a local hospital to provide food through various outlets. We offer a pop up produce market,  CSA shares for hospital employees and the local food bank alongside working with local schools to bring farming and food education to young students in the community. The farm is also in the process of getting certified to provide food to the hospital cafeteria.

While Dreamcatcher Farm’s first and foremost responsibility is to produce and distribute nutrient dense food, there is potential for creativity and ‘think-tanking’ with educational materials, educational outreach, community outreach and growth within farm partnerships.
