Bright Futures Daycare & Preschool is looking for an energetic and team playing employee!

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
- Ensure the health and safety of all children in the classroom
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment

Qualifications & Training

- On the job training available
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare, classroom, or similar setting preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- First aid certification is preferred but not required to start
