Harbor House Ministries needs compassionate, caring people to help our resident's live life to the fullest! coming alongside them to assist at home and in the community in all activities of daily life. We serve adults with multiple severe disabilities. Unlike, many assisted living facilities, our care ratios are low: one staff assists 2 or 3 residents per shift. We need your nurturing and team-oriented skills to help with their daily living needs including feeding, showering, grooming, dressing and toileting. If you have a heart for people and a spirit of adventure, please join our family! We are hiring for Full-time, Half-time, and Part-time status. This is a year-round job, and you must work every other weekend and half of the major holidays recognized by employer. We are currently paying $19.00 an hour.
