This position requires the ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties include but are not limited to answering phones and provide personal service to walk-in customers. Data entry into the agency management system. Assist with the quoting and servicing of new and renewal business, corresponding with clients as appropriate. Creating various insurance certificates in agency management system. Retrieving, sorting, and filing mail as directed. Assume additional responsibilities as requested and once licensed.
