Qualifications:

• Experience: Ideal candidates should possess experience working with toddlers in a classroom setting, where patience, nurturing, and love are at the forefront.

Responsibilities: As a Head Teacher at Country Kids Schoolhouse, you will play a vital role in shaping our toddlers' and three-year-old children's early educational experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

Classroom Management: This entails implementing the curriculum, ensuring children are actively engaged, safe, and receiving the love and attention they need throughout the school day.

Parent Communication: Ongoing verbal and written communication with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and ensure a collaborative educational journey.

Recordkeeping and Documentation: Utilize our Brightwheel app for recordkeeping, observations, and documenting the child's daily activities, milestones, and achievements.

Nutrition: Ensure the well-being of the children by serving meals and snacks in compliance with our nutritional guidelines.

Classroom Organization: Create a conducive learning environment by keeping the classroom neat, clean, and organized.

Basic Care: Attend to toddlers' basic needs, including assisting with feeding, dressing, diaper changes, and toilet training.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with your co-teacher to create a harmonious and productive classroom atmosphere.
