JOB DETAILS: CNC MILL PROGRAMMER/SETUP OPERATOR

PAY: *Pay based on skill level

PAY FREQUENCY: Weekly

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Full time

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Programming, setup and operation of CNC machines.
• Complete machining operations from blueprints, drawings and / or verbal instructions.
• Must be proficient drawing, modeling and programing in Mastercam 2018 or equivalent/newer version of the software

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in set-up, operation and programming of CNC mill machines.
• Experience with machining aluminum, stainless and titanium.
• Able to read blueprints.
• Basic skills in metrology.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to make basic modifications to G-code
• Ability to program, set-up and run 3-4 axis work.
• Experience with manual mills and various other equipment.
• Experience with Mastercam and other CAD software is a plus.
• Experience with Fanuc controls

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Applicant will be expected to draw and/ or model blueprints in Mastercam. Average task will included, but are not limited: programming, setup and operation of Fanuc controlled 3-4 axis machines, as well as perform basic maintenance.

Must be able to inspect parts when completed.
