T|W Designs is a spirited, professional, full-service design firm, located in Strafford NH. We are growing and are looking to add a Revit drafter

This candidate will be responsible for assisting in team-oriented project designs and will prepare presentation, production and technical construction drawings.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must Have Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of an associate degree in Architectural Technologies
• Must be proficient in Revit architecture (Required). Knowledge of Acad and Adobe Photoshop preferred.
• Must be motivated and dedicated with a good work ethic and communication skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Two to three years of experience in an Architectural firm. (not required, but preferred)
• Ability to identify issues and conflicts with in the design or drawing sets.
• Participate in creatively solving the issues identified.
• Experience with or exposure too many different construction types, building codes.
• The ability to coordinate engineering or consultant documents.

Compensation will be based on skill level and knowledge, yearly bonus, 401K contribution, and a stipend towards healthcare.
