Dynamic Appliance Repair is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service by receiving inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and making outbound calls. This is an in-person position, located in Carefree, AZ where you will interact with customers over the phone.

We are looking for someone who wants longevity.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized appointment calendar.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, confirm appointments, and gather feedback.
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters and personalities

Location: We are in the heart of Carefree, next to the sundial. This is NOT a call center environment.

Job Type: Part Time or Full Time 20-40 Hours/Week

Pay: $17-19/HR
