Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Kennesaw, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Coffee Preparation:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, coffees, teas, and specialty beverages, according to established recipes and quality standards.
Ensure consistency in coffee brewing, grinding, and extraction processes.
Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly and provide information about menu items.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction with each purchase.
Address customer concerns and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Operational Tasks:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and storage areas.
Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage practices.
Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the coffee bar.
Assist with training and mentoring new baristas as needed.
Menu Knowledge:

Stay informed about current coffee trends, seasonal offerings, and promotional items.
Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.
Qualifications:

Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and beverage preparation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
