Position: Family Medicine Physician

Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of North Carolina
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
for patients of all ages
- Provide outpatient care, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and
health screenings
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and
coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
