In this Outbound Specialist role at Airweb Digital, you will be instrumental in the first and crucial stage of our sales process. Your primary responsibility is not to close sales but to lay the groundwork for successful business relationships. This involves:

 

Lead Qualification: You will assess and qualify leads, ensuring they align with our target market and service offerings. This step is vital in identifying potential clients who would most benefit from our Site Scout solutions.

 

Appointment Setting: Your main goal is to set appointments between these qualified leads and our sales team. These appointments are crucial opportunities for us to further engage potential clients and demonstrate the value of our services.

 

This role is perfect for individuals who excel in initiating contact and creating interest but may not necessarily engage in the final stages of the sales process. It requires a keen understanding of client needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively gauge client interest and potential.

 

Compensation:
Performance-Based Pay

  • $50 per Qualified Shown Appointments: This option is ideal for those who are confident in their ability to engage potential clients and successfully book appointments. You will be compensated with $50 for each qualified appointment that shows up to the appointment. This model suits individuals who are driven by results and are adept at converting calls into qualified leads.
