Full time maintenance position for private marina on the Delta Loop. Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with occasional Saturdays for special events. 20-acre property with 200 boat slips, dock maintenance, landscaping, garden, and chickens. Beautiful place to work, friendly people, fun team to be a part of. Every day is an adventure, working in the beautiful Delta.

Essential Duties:
*Making sure the property is safe, neat, and presentable to our clients
*Adhering to all safety rules and procedures
*Restroom Care
*Proficiency with basic hand/power tools
*Proficiency with riding lawn mower/weed eater
*Must be able to work outdoors in all variations of weather and temperatures
*Heavy lifting (50lbs. +/-), walk up to a mile, with standing, crouching, twisting upper body
*Know how to swim, outboard motorboat experience a plus
*Exposure to dust, fuels, chemicals, and machinery

Qualifications:
*Ability to work independently and as a team player
*Self-motivated
*Valid California Driver's License and clean DMV report
*Ability to use email and cell phone
*Responsible and reliable
*Flexible with projects and time

Additional Requirements/Requests:
*Must have reliable transportation to the job
*Boat/Boating knowledge plus
*Knowledge of Marina's a plus

Pay:
*$20-$25/hr with excellent benefits package
*10 paid Holidays a year
