Lovely couple looking for a FULL-TIME LIVE OUT NANNY for their 14-month-old boy and baby-on-the-way to join their family and help mom as she transitions from one child to two this April! The start date is preferably March 1st. They are looking for someone who is thoroughly invested in this line of work as a career; someone with experience working with both a toddler and a newborn and managing both at once. The ideal candidate has a background or interest and appreciation for Education and Child Development. You are a resourceful, professional caretaker who loves to bring new ideas, products & resources that can help enhance each child's stage of development. Mom is truly seeking her work wife, someone she can fully trust and depend on and who provides top-notch care for her little ones!

Their son is sweet as can be, busy, loves to learn, loves his family, is curious, playful, and loves to get outside. He's newly 1, so he is growing every day and changing. He is very used to spending time with his mom and dad and their extended family. He loves his cousins and other kids. Their neighborhood is highly secure and private - there is no park in the neighborhood but there is a park around the corner from them. They are looking for someone to work M-F from 9 AM-5 PM starting March 1st.

They have one housekeeper, so no deep cleaning is expected. However, you must be a team player and will help tidy up where you / the children make a mess. you are responsible for all things baby and toddler-related (sanitizing bottles, clothes inventory, helping keep the nursery and bedroom & playroom organized, etc.). You will help with meal prep, cooking, and running errands as needed.

Dad works full-time out of the home, and Mom will be going back to work probably part-time, working from home. Both parents are very hands-on and active participants in their child(ren)'s lives. They are looking for the person they hire to truly become a member of the family/ an extension of them-- their true teammate! They are seeking someone loving & nurturing, hands-on & engaging; honest, communicative, and fun to be around; someone with an upbeat personality who is genuine and hardworking. Someone who understands how to read a room, when to step in, and when to step out. Someone comfortable traveling both domestically and internationally multiple times throughout the year. They take two international trips annually, ten days in the summer and ten days after Christmas. Must have a passport, a wanderlust spirit, and the ability to travel!  They have one Golden Retriever, but no dog care is required. They are comfortable with you driving your car or will provide you with one while on the job. They are open to local candidates or someone willing / looking to relocate to the Vegas area! They are hoping this person stays with them for the long term and grows with their family. T

They value flexibility and someone who is open to working later as needed and or on weekends, or if they have an event they must attend. They are always happy to give you more hours and pay overtime as needed. Pay is $25-35/hr gross via payroll, depending on experience, and industry-standard PTO & sick days, and will consider a stipend toward health insurance, etc. They are open-minded and willing to discuss everything to help meet your needs as well.
