We are seeking a friendly outgoing experienced Kava-tender with knowledge or strong desire to learn about Kava, Kratom and Ethnobotanical teas.

**This is a unique position that requires the ideal candidate to possess STRONG "Self Management", "Accountability" and "Shift Leadership" Skills. If you possess those skills along with those listed below we would like to meet you.

Kava bars are widely popular throughout Florida and the U.S. and Kapua Kava Bar is the industry leader and SW Florida's first full service Kava Lounge.

This position primarily is to efficiently serve our guests the highest quality products in a friendly manner while providing a warm, relaxing and fun environment.

Candidate Must:

• Be Friendly, Outgoing and Personable.
• Be willing and able to learn and master knowledge of herbal teas made from Kava, Kratom, CBD, as well as many other botanicals.
• Be Able to Multi task and provide fun and friendly exceptional customer service while preparing drinks for patrons.
• Be Able to work independently, without constant supervision in an Organized, Clean and Efficient manner.
• Be Able to Handle monies and maintain a cash register providing exact change and accountability for cash tendered.
• Be Able to work on your feet throughout shifts.
• Have YOUR own reliable means of transportation.
• Have a valid drivers license.
• Have no criminal charges that include theft or Fraud.
