We are searching for an experienced cook to join our team at the Carmel Valley location. The ideal candidate has previous experience cooking and prepping in a professional kitchen and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for cooking hot items, preparing cold sandwiches and prepping ingredients, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience every time they visit.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Adhere to recipes set forth by Chef
• Adhere to quality of ingredients set forth by Chef
• Follow CA food safety procedures
• Deliver food to customers
• Complete specified cleaning tasks
• Complete opening and closing checklists
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures
• Daily station inventory as needed
• Assist with weekly/daily ordering as needed
• All candidates must have a valid food handlers certificate

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
