Physical Therapist / DPT Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with various musculoskeletal conditions
• Create individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and strategies for wellness
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
• A passion for patient care and continuous learning
