Our Client Relationship Managers are able to prospect, establish and secure new accounts while happily servicing existing accounts either from the comfort of their home office or by visiting them at a preferred location. Maintaining a well-blended combination of inside/outside sales skills ensures success in meeting your clients’ needs. The precise tasks of our Client Relationship Manager require a wide range of business and interpersonal skills for your success, our success and especially the success of our clients’ projects. Our CRM’s work closely as a group to support each other and gain useful insight to our markets as well as have direct open interaction and communication with the CEO and COO. 

Client Relationship Managers work with our customers to understand their needs and wants, create solutions, work within the visions of the client, their budget and ensure a smooth sales process with a successful project completion. Your basic Job Tasks and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Develop and maintain a customer database
  • Make sales calls to new and existing clients
  • Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Negotiate with clients
  • Develop sales proposals
  • Prepare and present sales contracts
  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  • Participate in sales events

 

Experience in Education and Commercial furniture is a big plus as well as some of the below characteristics:

  • Relevant computer applications
