Who We Are:

The Lions Den Leadership Academy is a faith-forward homeschool hybrid designed to raise up the next generation of confident, compassionate leaders. We empower students through purpose-driven academics, character development, creativity, and leadership education rooted in Biblical principles.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, innovative Learning Guide to facilitate core instruction (Math, Reading, and STEM) for multi-age learners in a small, supportive microschool environment. This role is ideal for an educator who values personalized learning, relationship-building, and whole-child development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead engaging lessons in core subjects for K–8th grade (multi-age groups).

Guide project-based learning and hands-on STEM activities.

Foster a nurturing and disciplined environment aligned with LDLA’s mission.

Track student progress and collaborate on individualized learning goals.

Support field trips, community events, and enrichment activities.

Maintain open communication with parents and leadership team.

Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent showcases.

Support scholars emotionally, spiritually, and academically.

Ideal Candidate:

Certified teacher OR experienced homeschooler/educator.

Passionate about student leadership, character, and faith-based education.

Skilled in classroom management with a heart-centered, growth-focused approach.

Flexible, creative, and confident leading small groups.

Familiarity with differentiated instruction and child development.

Bonus If You:

Have experience in a microschool, homeschool hybrid, or faith-based setting.

Enjoy integrating real-world, hands-on learning experiences.

Can bring enrichment skills (e.g., music, art, entrepreneurship, life skills).
