We are looking for a self-motivated Ice Cream Truck Driver eager to learn and help out with the daily operations of our company. The successful applicant will be responsible for the distribution of material to customers, and driving thru Eustis, Mt. Dora, Tavares, and surrounding areas. Applicants will be trained on routes, handling equipment and product, as well as power set-up.

Responsibilities:

• Drive full-sized trucks and vans. (10 ton Step Van, not 18 wheeler, No CDL needed)
• Set up the trucks or vans correctly.
• Drive the vehicle according to the requirements and the rules of the road.
• Deal with potential obstacles on the road safely and effectively. (Obstacles can be people, in this profession)
• Handle customers with care
• Must have a valid drivers license!
• Must adhere to Background Check
• Must be at least 21+
• Must be able to lift 50lbs

Quick Job Description: You will be driving around the Lake County area. Your job is to meet,greet, and sale ice cream and treats to customers. Food prep and sanitation is required. Sorting and stocking of inventory. Safe driving + SLOW DRIVING, fun, friendly, excellent customer service.

Pay Range - $16,000 - $30,000.

Hourly Rate $15hr

****MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WED-SUN. THIS IS NOT A WEEKEND ONLY POSITION.

There is no ceiling to how much you can make, because the pay is broken down into 3 components:

1.) Daily Rate Guarantee ($15hr)

2.) Extra Commission on your sales for the day ($650+: if you earn over $650 for the day, you get an additional $25 for every $100 over) Example: You earn $875.72 for the day on the truck selling ice cream and frozen treats. You get $25 for reaching $650, $25 because you reached $750, and another $25 because you reached $850, totaling $75.

• If your shift was 12:00p-6:30p=6.5hrs, you also get, $97.50. $97.50+$75=$172.50 for that day
• Pay is weekly on Wednesdays

3.) 100% tips gratuity taking home daily (Great for people who need a few extra bucks daily!)
