Summary of Position: The Worship Music Team Leader at Vine & Branch Fellowship is pivotal in guiding individuals into the presence of Jesus through worship, encouraging the shedding of worldly worries and fears. The most crucial trait sought in this leader is humility—a sincere and profound humility that mirrors the essence of leading people into the sacred space of worship. This role involves coordinating weekly worship music in conjunction with the Lead Pastor and media staff while cultivating a team that exemplifies humility, dedication, and a passion for worship. The Worship Music Team Leader will champion an environment where authenticity, humility, and reverence are paramount, fostering an atmosphere conducive to transcendent worship experiences. The leader's dedication to embodying and instilling humility will play an instrumental role in shaping a worship community dedicated to encountering the transformative presence of Jesus. 

Responsibilities: 1. Exemplary Worship Lifestyle: Demonstrating a life rooted in worship, humility, and authenticity—a heart akin to the Levites in the Old Testament. 2. Leadership Competence: Displaying proven leadership abilities with a spirit of teachability, avoiding autocracy, and instead fostering collaboration and teamwork. 3. Musical Proficiency: Proficiency in vocals and lead instrumentation (guitar and/or keyboard) is essential to lead and support the worship team effectively. 4. Authenticity and Joy: Embracing authenticity and joy, reflecting a vibrant and enthusiastic countenance during worship and team interactions. 5. Service Coordination: Ability to collaborate closely with the Lead Pastor to curate seamless and spiritually impactful worship services. 6. Team Building and Leadership: Capacity to recruit, audition, train, oversee, mentor, and motivate band members to cultivate a cohesive and skilled worship team. 7. Communication and Administrative Skills: Possessing strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills to manage music-related tasks efficiently. 

Time Commitment: Part-time role averaging 10-12 hours weekly. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the spiritual growth and worship experience of Vine & Branch Fellowship. The successful candidate will play an integral role in fostering a thriving worship community while embodying the mission and values of the organization.
