Prepare the caregiving staff schedule one month in advance.
Maintain schedule with staff requests and updated availability per employee.
Review payroll report and complete counseling reports for all tardies, following progressive disciplinary policy.
Daily handle staff call outs and find coverage, if unable to find coverage, requirement to work the open shift.
Create a training schedule for all new employees to include scheduling with a trainer for the entire schedule.
Complete a monthly orientation with all new staff monthly.
Meet with new staff after each shift reviewing training values assessing retention for that shift’s goals to include proficiency on Myalfmanger.
Complete a training checklist and New Hire orientation form to include each department orientation with each new hire within the first 5 days of employment.
Ensure Safety measure board is up to date and all departments are up to date on safety measures.
Review safety measures with new employees and maintain competency with current employees.
Train and have all employes sign in-service for each new resident.
In service all staff on new safety measures and changes in services as they occur. Monitor communication log for reoccurring items that need to be addressed and in-service staff.
Complete services evaluations monthly and communicate changes with RCC.
Must be able to work Sunday-Thursday
