Urban Capital of San Francisco is a commercial real estate investment group based in Embarcadero area of San Francisco, with offices in Burlingame and Marin County. We have over 40+ years of combined experience in the sale of commercial properties throughout the Bay Area . We are looking for recent graduates (not a requirement) who will be able to work full-time during the week with flexibility in the hours each day. We have just opened our Marin County office and are looking for new associates.

***We are only accepting associates with a real estate license or a confirmed date from the DRE to take the license exam.****

Some requirements for the job are:

• Must have a real estate license OR have a confirmed date to take the exam
• Must not be afraid to pick up a phone and cold call potential leads/Meet in person with the help of a Senior Associate.

Essential Skills:

• BONUS if you speak more than 1 language.
• Bonus if you know Adobe- photo shop, indesign etc.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel & Powerpoint)
• Analytical problem solver with strong attention to detail
• Team oriented, but the ability to work independently
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Determined and strong willingness to succeed. You must be hungry to excel in this industry.

Job Duties:

• Analyzing and underwriting investment properties and portfolios
• Cold calling new prospects - Every first year associates will spend the majority of the time cold calling and building relationships.
• Relationship building
• Setting up tours for properties and our clients/ serving notices to tenants
• Market research/ assembling offering memorandums for investment properties
• Attending Apartment Association meetings and other networking events that pertain to the industry.

If you are brand new to the industry and have always had an interest for Commercial real estate, this may be the perfect fit for you. We will train you from the ground up, give you all the tools you need to be successful, show you the systems and support you along your journey.

• This is a unpaid internship, with the potential to earn up to 100k in your first year on commissions, if you work hard and are a quick learner. Some juniors have made more in the past, it all depends on your determination and drive.
