Responsibilities
· Oversee and manage all administrative and secretarial tasks in the office
· Serve as the main point of contact for all members and visitors
· Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
· Receive and respond to daily emails
· Maintain central calendar of events
· Design, create and publish monthly newsletters, weekly bulletins and annual report
· Create and maintain website and social media presence
· Manage office supplies and inventory
· Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
Qualifications
· Ability to be a contributing team member
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Church administration experience preferred but not required
· Strong computer knowledge
· Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and Google docs and slides
· Familiar with or ability to learn website administration
· Familiar with or ability to learn YouTube/Facebook posting and live streaming
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
The ideal candidate for this position is an organized effective communicator with strong computer and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
