Full Time Speech Language Pathologists
Licensed Speech Language Pathologists wanted with experience working with children ages 2- 21 with a variety of disorders.  Our center offers opportunities to work alongside a variety of clinicians from different disciplines including occupational therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis to help improve outcomes for our clients. At our center location, our therapists support a variety of clients with speech and language delays, expressive/receptive language disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, apraxia, Autism, and Down syndrome. At our Early Learner location we provide speech-language services to preschool-age autistic children. We also provide therapy for our private school partner in Howard County MD, working with children with language-based learning challenges. Responsibilities 

• Perform evaluations and create treatment plans customized for that client, working with them to set short and long term goals 
• Perform skilled interventions that meet the clients individual needs
• Maintain excellent records of client needs, care, and outcome
• Work closely with the families to ensure they have the knowledge and tools they need for success

Qualifications

• Active state license for practicing speech therapy, for CFY a limited license will be required.
• Ability to collaborate with other professionals
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong documentation skills
• Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite

Compensation: $63,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
