Recovery in Motion Treatment Center is an exciting dual diagnosis treatment center in Tucson, Arizona. We are looking for full time licensed therapists/counselors to join our interdisciplinary team, so that the needs of our clients and their families are being met and exceeded. We utilize a user friendly electronic health record and encourage cross discipline communication among staff members, so that each client feels supported by our entire staff. Position Overview :

Provide individual, group, and family therapy, participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning by developing assessments and appropriate mode of therapy to assist clients with substance abuse issues.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provides individual, group and family therapy
• Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning
• Provides in-service training as needed
• Keep accurate records on all client activity and progress
• Strong assessment skills
• Minimal supervision regarding use of time
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, their loved ones and professionals
• Ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations

Qualification Requirements:

Education and/or Experience:

Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage Family, Counseling, Education or relative field, from an accredited college or university. Two to three years of experience working in behavioral health substance abuse field preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Professional licensure in the State of Arizona through AzBBHE is required. (Psy.D., LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LAC, LISAC, LASAC, LMFT, etc.)

Salary: $54,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year DOE
