Overview

Yahara Property Management, trusted experts in residential property management in Dane, Columbia, Rock, Sauk, and Juneau counties, is seeking a responsible Office Assistant to perform a variety of reception and clerical tasks. Duties of this position include assisting in daily office needs. An ideal candidate will have experience in office administration with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to property managers..
  • Complete receptionist duties, answer phones, respond to general emails
  • Participate in residential leasing process, including listing properties, responding to applicant questions
  • Maintain office files
  • Provide back-up assistance to other administrative staff

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite products
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Flexibility to adjust hours to cover office as needed
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Give attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to multitask

Hours

20 hours per week with opportunities to add additional hours with demonstrated success. Preferred schedule includes morning hours..

Pay

$18.00/hour
