About the Position

We are looking for a creative, energetic, flexible, proactive, and professional individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and who will be able to use their planning and facilitation skills to foster learning and environmental stewardship in students though a range of programs.  

Hours  

The position is part-time at approximately 20 hours of work per week. The schedule is variable, but field trips and classroom lessons generally take place on weekdays between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. Online program management and administrative work hours will be flexibly scheduled. Some weekend and evening hours may be required for special events. 

Experience and Education 

While no degree is required for this role, the candidate must be well-versed in environmental science & policy, earth science, biology or related fields  

2 years of work experience in formal or informal education, facilitating group activities 

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite  

Experience with WordPress websites or equivalent is a plus
