Full Time Administrative Assistant Needed for Award Winning Construction Company

We are currently in search of a full-time administrative candidate to assist our Office Administrator in Carefree, AZ. Experienced applicant would be responsible for handling administrative requests and queries, performing clerical tasks, and assisting in daily office needs. Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task are a must.
Specific Job Requirements:
Previous office admin experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, QuickBooks, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Technical aptitude and ability to view and modify documents using digital means.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors, employees, and administration. Ability to speak Spanish a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation starting at $20 per hour and adjusted according to experience.
Salary increase and other incentives to be implemented after 90 days.
