Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
  • Current Texas State Nursing License (LVN/RN).
  • Current State Driver's License.
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical care experience as a Licensed Nurse.
  • Proficient in English for Federal and State documentation requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with medical staff, residents, and families.
  • Effective communication, organization, documentation, and time management.
  • Working knowledge of professional nursing principles and techniques.
  • Familiarity with State and Federal medical regulations.
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with physicians to create and execute personalized care plans.
  • Coordinate with other nursing agencies for seamless care delivery.
  • Provide skilled nursing care following care plans, upholding high standards of quality and safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
