Management of Spring Brook’s Sports Bar & Grill kitchen staff including all cooks, dishwashers & expeditors. This includes hiring, training and scheduling. Coordination of food preparation for all dining, groups and special events. This includes golf outings, golf leagues, weddings, wedding rehearsals, company events and private parties. Assist in development & coordination of all menus and pricing. Responsible for all food ordering, inventory & cost control and restaurant supplies. Must work closely with others to ensure an excellent customer experience.
