Pay Rate $18.00

Responsibilities of Manufacturing Production Laborer, you will safely operate equipment such as: grinders, chippers and atomizers to deliver Magnesium to our customers' specifications. The Magnesium goes on to be used in MRE's, chemical response kits, countermeasure flares and more! The Manufacturing Production Laborer's daily goal is to record and deliver quality tested conforming material in a clean and safety conscious environment. 

Education and Qualifications 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required 
  • Must be highly detail oriented and able to read and follow very specific Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Physical stamina and strength
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to effectively handle multiple tasks (simultaneously) in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Teamwork and communication skills
