Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Enter customer information and interactions accurately into the database
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in a second language such as Spanish is highly desirable (bilingual)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
