DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a cleaner to assist in various clients homes and vacation rental properties cleaning and maintenance duties. Locations span throughout the East Valley of Phoenix, with clients based in Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale, and Arcadia. The goal is to assist in keeping their buildings clean, organized, and beautifully presented. Working hours are generally distributed throughout M-F from 9am-4pm, and Sat-Sun 11-4pm. Earn between $17.50-$19hr for Basic cleans, and $22-24hr for Deep cleans/Airbnb, must pass 30 day introduction period. We are a small, locally recognized and award-winning business, founded on "aloha". We intentionally make our own in house non-toxic All-Purpose Citrus-Mint cleaner, as well as floor and glass cleaners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Being on time, managing your time, and finishing on time.
• Clean various areas of the home (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc. with provided Eco-friendly cleaning kit.)
• Carry out heavy duty cleaning and special tasks.
• Notifying management of personal occurring deficiencies of needed soap or supplies for your cleaning kit.
• Notifying management of occurring deficiencies or needs of repairs on Airbnbs.
• Sending photos of completed rooms to management on Airbnb turns.
• Correspond with management, and cooperate with staff to reach a completion goal.
• Being kind & respectful to staff and clients at all times.
• Being "careful" when on a clients property - Eco Angels staff are your cleaning "Angels" that you can trust.

REQUIREMENTS:

Having integrity

Insured vehicle to get to and from locations

Proven working experience as a cleaner or related field

Ability to carry vacuum, mop and cleaning kit to and from

Knowledge of cleaning supplies

Familiarity with google map, and ability to read instructions on google calendar

Pass background check

High school degree
