Grow with us! We are expanding and needing to hire an additional Medical Assistant or LPN.

As a LPN/Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner. A positive attitude and ability to be a team player is a must.

• Escorting patients to exam rooms
• Interview patients and document basic medical history within the electronic medical record
• Work closely with the physicians to deliver high quality patient care in an efficient way
• Communicate the medical information to the physician before an exam or procedure
• Accurately update and document for physician in the electronic health record
• Obtain and document patient vital signs
• Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
• Proper handling of biopsy specimens and arrangement of laboratory services
• Scheduling procedures
• Keeping an organized and clean work space
• Draw patients blood
• Be knowledgeable of all skin care products and procedures that we offer in our office.
• Assist in skin exams, surgical, and cosmetic procedures
• Prepare/clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
• Stock the rooms daily, and help with ordering items
• Routine paperwork for prior authorizations for all biologic medications
• Daily task and call backs
• Ability to work from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday

• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records
