- ISO – Coordinate and execute re-certification and internal audits.

- PPAP/IMDS Coordinator – Liaison between suppliers and customers in approval process.

- Assist customers with design and application issues.

- Testing products where required – in house and liaison for out-sourced testing.

- Available for on-site visits to customers with Sales team.

- Available for on-site visits to suppliers, when necessary.

- Host any customer audits on-site, as needed.

- Available for any quality related customer issue. Liaison between Sales / Purchasing / Supplier / Customer, as needed. Responsible for Corrective Action reporting.

- Coordinate in-house and customer education on product knowledge and basic product inspection procedures.

- Drawing review.

- Implement and maintain drawing data base for target customers.

- Review Engineering and Quality requirements for new customers.
