Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for An Insurance Agent. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for meeting with clients to determine their insurance needs, providing them with tailored solutions, and selling insurance policies to them. The Insurance Agent will also be responsible for maintaining existing relationships with clients and addressing any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sales skills and ability to meet targets
• Customer-oriented approach
• Thorough knowledge of different types of insurance policies, their features, and benefits
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts to clients in simple terms
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in insurance industry preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Call leads and set up appointments via Zoom, phone, or in person
• Walk families through coverage options
• Help families with application process
• Follow up on policy requirements
• Must be able to attend daily/weekly zoom trainings and team meetings, annual in person conferences and/or regional meetings for personal and professional development
• Good work ethic
