We are currently in need of a part time line/prep cook. Shifts are weekdays and Saturday or Sunday morning/afternoon, about 25-30 hours total per week and could move to full time if desired. Pay is based on an hourly rate plus tip share and will average a total of $18 to $20/hr to start, with a guaranteed minimum $17/hour. Ideal candidates are energetic, focused, able to multitask and handle high volume output while maintaining quality standards. Weekend availability is a must.

• At least 6 months of line cook experience
• Good knife skills and the ability to read/follow recipes
