Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Marketing and Operations Assistant. This role will involve supporting both the marketing and operations functions of the company, contributing to the overall success of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Support:
   • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
   • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
   • Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
   • Monitor and manage social media accounts, engaging with followers and analyzing performance metrics.
2. Operational Assistance:
   • Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory processes.
   • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including document preparation, and file management.
   • Assist in inventory management, tracking stock levels, and coordinating replenishment orders.
   • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate product shipments.
   • Help optimize operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
3. Communication:
   • Maintain clear and effective communication with both internal teams and external partners.
   • Serve as a liaison between marketing and operations departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
   • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field a plus
