Earth Care is a well-established landscape company specializing in high-end residential properties throughout the Cave Creek/Carefree/Scottsdale areas.

We are seeking a full-time career-minded Maintenance Crew Member.

Compensation:
Pay range is $23-25/hour and based on experience . If you have Landscape experience, you are a qualified candidate! Periodic raises based on attendance and performance, plus year-end bonus.

PTO - 24 hours per year - accrues from day one, 5 paid holidays.

Position Overview

You'll work alongside your crew each day while ensuring each property is maintained according to customer expectations and Earth Care's quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Work on a two-person landscape maintenance crew where you can get additional training.
• Perform landscape maintenance, including pruning, trimming, weed control, cleanup, and general property care.
• Inspect irrigation systems during routine maintenance and report or perform minor repairs when appropriate.
• Identify landscape issues and communicate recommendations to management.
• Use our scheduling software to view daily routes, customer notes, and complete visit documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and equipment.
• Work safely while representing Earth Care in a professional manner.

   Qualifications

• At least 1 year of landscape maintenance.
• Knowledge of Arizona desert plants, irrigation systems, and proper pruning techniques is really helpful.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and quality-focused.
• Able to problem solve and take initiative to move to a solution within company guidelines.
• Positive attitude with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet throughout the workday.

Requirements

• Valid Arizona driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Ability to work in Arizona's summer climate.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify).
• Ability to accurately complete work records using our field software application.
