Position description: responsible for supervising, and  aiding in, all outdoor activities related to landscape maintenance. Tasks include, yet are not limited to, making sure irrigation and lighting systems are correctly functioning and  ensuring that no maintenance detail is overlooked. The supervisor will be responsible for maintaining professional and courteous contact with the homeowner, understanding and fulfilling the clients' desires for their property.

Skillset:  must be detail orientated, punctual and self-motivated; must have Supervisor landscape maintenance experience.  Supervisor must have knowledge of desert plants and their appropriate care. Must be able to handle extreme summer heat.

Requirements:  Must possess a valid driver’s license and must be insurable on company’s insurance policy. Legal documentation to verify employment (E-Verify). Physically able to handle the work load and have full range of mobility in upper and lower body, be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance and have reliable transportation to/from work.  Must also complete paperwork and administrative requirements related to the job while maintaining a professional attitude.
