Job Description:

TekFive is seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies for our government contracting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of government procurement processes and a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns in the government sector.

Responsibilities:

• Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough research on government procurement trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
• Proposal Support:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling and compliant proposals for government contracts.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including capability statements, case studies, and presentations.
• Event Coordination:
  • Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Manage logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
• Digital Marketing:
  • Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Monitor online presence and engagement, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Brand Management:
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field required
• 2+ years of experience in marketing with government contracting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (Canva, Squarespace,
