As a Newspaper and Digital Advertising Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth by identifying and nurturing relationships with local businesses. You will help them increase their brand visibility, connect with their target audience, and drive results through both traditional newspaper and cutting-edge digital advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our newspaper and digital advertising offerings.
• Prospect and acquire new clients, while building and managing a portfolio of existing accounts.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising needs and develop tailored proposals.
• Present and educate clients on the benefits of newspaper and digital advertising.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
• Collaborate with management to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive products and services.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in advertising sales (newspaper and digital sales experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tools is a plus.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• A passion for staying ahead of advertising industry trends.
