Medserv Healthcare Solutions is a busy Health and Safety Training company markets a range of Health and safety Products and is a national distributor of Zoll AED products including other brands in stop the bleed and First Aid supply kits and Prestan Range of CPR / First Aid training products. Medserv is building a webstore and an Amazon store for sales of products. This complements the existing business of CPR and First Aid Training making Medserv a complete one stop provider in Health and Safety.

Responsibilities:

Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets for AEDs, First Aid Supplies, and CPR/First Aid Training services.

Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect new clients in healthcare, corporate, and educational sectors to expand the customer base.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on AED and First Aid Supplies, demonstrating in-depth knowledge to educate and advise clients.

Training Services: Promote and sell CPR and First Aid training programs, ensuring clients are well-informed on the importance of employee training.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and understanding their evolving needs.

Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for product and service improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in AED and First Aid Supplies or related healthcare products/services.

Knowledge of CPR and First Aid training programs and certification requirements.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

The geographic area involves travelling a regional and at a national level.

The compensation involves a base pay with incentives on sales achieved. It has excellent income potential along with flexibility of work location, travel reimbursement, mileage reimbursement.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship

Salary: $35,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week

Schedule:

 

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
